Beech Mountain High is a 5BR/3.5BA home at the top of Beech Mountain. This home is only 5-7 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, with winter activities including skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and snow tubing. The slopes convert to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, chairlift rides, and disk golf during the warmer months.
The covered deck outside provides spectacular mountain views year-round. This home includes a hot tub, gas grill, central air conditioning, internet TV, and more.

**Please note, there is a camera on the exterior of the driveway that is intended for tracking owner packages and wildlife.
Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Beech Mountain High are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
- BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
- Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
- Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
- A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
- Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
- Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Carolina Cabin Rentals.

MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
